Very good value for money.
The breakfast was adequate with a few choices for the western palate. There was space in the lobby to sit and eat with our friends either during "happy hour" or if we brought in a snack from a convenience store.
The room and bathroom were very small, but adequate. And clean.

Amazing value
Staff very helpful. Complimentary extras much appreciated. Extremely clean. Lots of facilities available eg hairdryer in room. Used the laundry which was brilliant. Very good value!
The rooms were very small (but we were warned!) Breakfast options limited for Western taste.

Good location, friendly staff, a bit old and run down, very small, but still good value for money
Very well located in Hamamatsu with very friendly staff. Parking a short distance away around the corner.
Rooms are very small, really too small for a family with two small children, but this was to be expected on the basis of the clear information provided at time of the booking.
